Which burton snowboard should i buy?
Question:I just went snowboarding and rented a Burton-Cruzer 155cm
I liked the snowboard and was wondering if i should get one off ebay like it or a different class like the vapor, baron or clash.
I'm 5'9" and 160lbs and to the point that I can land about half my jumps. But still find it hard to weave steep moguls. I either use too much or too little force in the turn and fall over. Should I stick with a shorter board or go to 160 ?

What music did Alexei Yagudin use for his short program in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics?
It's all a matter of personal preference. I personally love Burton boards. I have a Custom, a SW, and an UNINC. The UNINC is my favorite board because of the versatility it offers. The length is going to be determined not just by height, but also by what type of riding you wanna do. If you are gonna be mainly in the park or pipe, you are going to want a shorter board than you would for riding groomers, carving, pow, etc. For your height and weight a 156 would probably be a good bet, but demo a board and see.Where can I buy cheap snowboards?
I think you need the 160 due to your height.More length will provide better stability and floatation in power, the shorter boards are more maneuverable. Just like in surfing
Its best to just rent the different boards & trying them out prior to the purchase.

How can Australians work in Austrian Ski villages, for example innsbruik?
I think the 155 is the right size for you. The Custom is a great Burton board that is a little pricey but worth it.How would i put bindings or straps on a skateboard deck?
get a Salomon or Ride board. seriously!By the way if you are 160LBS there is no way you should be on a 160. I am 200 and ride 160.
You should be closer to a 152 or 154. Your hight has nothing to do w/ your board length. Trust me, the shorter board will give more control and the less weight will get you more air. If you ride back country all day, then maybe you should ride 160. go to www.ride.com and they will help you with there board finder. Salomon has the same. I know you want to get a board right now, but just hold off, try out some different boards and get the best deal.

Did the waleye fishing season get extended in minnesota this winter?
Their best models are the Custom and the King. But you should also look at "Rome" boards. And you shoul stick with a 158.. thats what i ride and im 5'9 180ish.What is a better snowboard to buy: the Burton Custom or the Burton Shaun White?
if you are still fallin dont go any longer until you have mastered the board you are on. A longer one will just whip you around more. Dont buy Burton. Lib Technologies is where its at!! The company actually hybrids its own trees for the wood for the boards. No joke!!What is the best way to begin moving up in snowboarding?
Burtons are great boards, I've ridden them for almost 15 years. I would recommend that you don't buy a Cruzer, it is a rental/ beginner board that would not do well for you for very long. You can never go wrong with the Burton Custom, its been around for Years because it is such a great all around board. What size your feet are also affects whether you will need a wider model. Stick with the 160cm range of boards maybe a little shorter because of your weight.I weight 210lbs and an 6'2". I ride a 166cm Burton called the Republik (formerly the Frontier/Johan) if you want a smaller board you will be just fine on one as small as a 154cm. I wouldn't go much below that.
Have fun riding.
