How is the skiing at Gore Mtn, NY. I'm also looking for a Bed and Breakfast in the area.?
Planning a long weekend for March 23-25. We like long, groomed intermediate runs.
Answers:
For lodging and stuff, the Gore Mountain website has a link to some B&B's in the area: http://goremountain.com/packages/bandb.c...
I hope that helps you out a bit!
Were is the best place to go skiing in New Mexico?
Goose Pond Inn B & B196 Main St

I don't ski, but here's the info. to the B&B.
Check out the B&B's in the Johnsburg area. Ski report says that it's good and plenty of runs. I'm from upstate NY and I travelled quite a bit up there. You could also check out the outskirts of Warrensburgh on Rt. 28N, There is one on the way to Weavertown, I think it's called the Butterfly Inn. But you can get more results from these towns that I just mentioned by typing it the search engine ie, B&B's in Johnsburgh NY, and so on. Hope this helped.
Do you have snow in winter where you live?
Gore is probably the best kept ski secret in NY.When I didn't feel like driving all the way to northern Vermont, Gore was the answer. Nice terrain, gondola, I'm not entirely sure about the blue groomers though...I spent most of my time on blacks that were not groomed. But Gore offers something for everybody, so go enjoy!
