Would CUSSA happen to stand for Central USSA? Anyways I've been to quite a few USSA races here in the east. For slalom, the minimum length requirements for J2s (basically 15-16-year-olds) is 155 for slalom and 175 for gs. I suggest finding a pair of skis that you can ski on for the competition alone; at my mountain, we borrow and ski on each other's skis if there is a need. Also, check on ebay to see if you can find skis that fit these requirements.
