I have about a hundred questions because i just joined my high school ski team so try and answer as many as you can. First of all what "JV" would i be in if i was born in 1991? What events will i be competeing in? Are fischer skis good for racing? What skis do you suggest? Do racing skis feel different than regular skis?

Where should I go to for skiing in southern california?
well everybody competes in slalom and giant slalom and it depends on the type of fischers rc4 is there racing model these are really nice skis i have a pair of them and racing skis are a lot more stiff if they are gs skis and should not be used if you are not experienced and if you want some skis that will work with racing and are a little less avandced are the sx7 atomics. As a first time snowboader, what are some helpful tips for me?
What skis you use are a matter of preference, and yes, they feel very different from recreational skis. GS skis are longer, have less sidecut, and are much stiffer than recreational skis. SL skis are much shorter than regular skis. Most of them have a softer tip and a really stiff tail. I have never used Fischer skis myself, but I have heard that they are decent.More Questions & Answers...
