Question:After spinning or jumping with rotations how can I avoid falling down or being out of balance because of Nauseous drowsy feeling? any techniques how to cope with it? Thanks guys~!

after spinning, you should spin for a couple revolutions in the opposite direction (a two foot spin) to undizzy yourself. it works everytime for me. i guess you should try doing the same thing for jumping, but falling down is okay because that is a part of learning.How do i keep skiing goggles fog free?
Try skating in the opposite direction after spinning. Also, when exiting from a spin, focus on a particular object so you would not feel so dizzy.
