Learn to ride Switch ,then you wont have the fear of landing backwards,So as you spin it wont matter if your spin is coming short or too much,you will fall but dont worry hopefully you should have found powder to build a practice jump start off small with not much speed and gradually build your confidence up everyone starts like that take no notice of people say go Big you will hurt yourself and that will be it for your Holiday.(Good Luck)
What ski/snowboard area gets the most snow on average?
I ski but its the same concept for you have to start with 180's and work your way up the ladder... i find the best way is to find a huge jump and spin off that. The bigger the jump the more time you have to spin. Also, to do the 360's its best that when your in the air to just spin as hard as you can

if you can do a 180 it's easyer for you. right before the jump (1 second before you take of) veer slightly to the direction you want to turn. you also have to spin your self too.

umm first you have to be comfortable in the air,spotting your landing, and landing switch...come in on the opposite side that you are spinning at the last second switch to the direction you are spinning (also to spin fast prewind a bit. to prewind just twist your body a bit so when you jump you recoil in the direction you are spinning. getting the first 180 in will be natural but for the second 180 you have to whip your legs to your regular postion, get your board centered and your legs extended and land.
