Help on not getting dizzy so easily on my spins =]?
for some reason the second that i start to do my spins i get super dizzy and evrything gets pitch black, and i start to fall over. is there an explanation for this? other than pure dizziness? b'cuz i have never been like this before, i used to NEVER get dizzy.

Yes centre you spins by looking at one level on the wall. work on 15 minutes of spins every time you practise...you need to spin more so your body can get use to the feeling of inertia.once your use to spinning you won't feel that dizziness anymore!!Good Luck to you!!

Center your spins. Also, try spotting. (Thats when you look at something on a wall, like a clock or zamboni, and look at that while your spinning and when you exit your spin. It should help.)Good Luck!

when i spin, i get dizzy but it doesn't turn pitch black. try not to let ur spins last for a long time. on the landing position stay still and wait until evrything's back 2 normalfirst, try not to throw up. I have had this problem too. Like everyone else said, center your spins.

You're probably travelling across the ice when you spin, which makes it harder to balance, which will then make you feel dizzy.
Try practicing spinning on the spot, and see if you feel okay then. If you continue to travel, get a/your coach and ask them for help as well as using the internet for more options!
