flow binding are not very good, its hard to find some that actually fit your foot. alot of riders come to me for advice on new bindings because they end up hating their flow bindings. go with strap in they last longer and they dont freeze up like most flows. Also if you ever decide you want to start hitting park (even a little) you can get seriously injured with flows. they are not desingned for the abuse they take in park. my advice is to take the extra 10 seconds clicking in with regular bindings. you WONT regret itI like Flows because they are so easy to get into. These are not to be confused with the click in bindings that most rental shops rent out. I reccomend going to www.flow.com . For the Flows you just put your foot in the binding and push the back up and you are ready to go.

burton or ride for the bindings. Also, you won't want to get those metal ones at the back of the bindings as that will increase your board's weightSomeone put a hogtrap near ny feeder what can i do to keep the hogs away from the trap?
Get a strap in type binding, they can take abuse far better than the flow style bindings and they will just about always fit you fit your boot size. Flow has some limitations if you have a big foot or a smaller foot.More Questions & Answers...
