Soccer/Football by far. There is no other sport practiced by so many cultures. Skiing is also a common sport, it is availible around the world. American sports like baseball, football, basketball, NASCAR are not found anywhere but here. There are popular European sports that are not practiced her much, like lacrosse and rugby. Very generic sports like swimming and track (running) are known worldwide. So overall it is soccer (by a lot!) and skiing, running and swimming come after that, I'd say.
