We don't get snow here, but rubbing a candle onto the sliding surface of a sand board,then polishing it with a cloth until smooth works very well. The same technique should work on the skids of a toboggan,too.Which do you prefer, skiing or snowboarding?
well you could do it like a snowboard where u heat the wak over an iron and drip it all over the base, the iron it all out into a big sheet, let it cool, scrape it smooth and buff it with the rough side of a spounge.but the might hurt ur sled. so u should probly go to a skateshop, buy some rub on all temp snowboard wax. flip the tobaggan over and rest the front end on a chair or something. in long strokes coat the base with the wax. ur done
