Has anyone heard of the snowboard brand - Slide?

I purchased a Slide board and bindings about 10 years ago, and haven't used it for about 7 years. I am planning a dream snowboard trip to Lake Tahoe, and needed to get it tuned up. When I took it to the shop, they discovered one of the binding baseplates was split in half. They don't carry that size plate. I have been searching online, and can't find anything about Slide now. I'm wondering if they went out of business. HELP!?!?!?!

I heard of slide but never seen them used or knew anyone who had one I'm sure they went out of business or changed their name or got bought out or something who knows I did a search also and couldnt find anything. You might need to just upgrade and get a new or used board or have someone fab you some new baseplates.
