I think Aspen has a pretty good intermediate park - on Snowmass just to the left of the Wood Run lift. Buttermilk has a pretty decent beginner area.Vail has a bit better intermediate-advanced park (on Golden Peak).

Vista Ridge, Fort McMurray, Alberta. How do I do parallel turns in skiing?
resorts with the best beginner parks i know are winter park, copper mountain, vail and brighton (utah)all these places have 1-2 beginner parks, intermediate and advanced parks so stepping up is very gradual and therefore comes easier. as well all these parks are well maintained and have a solid variety of jibs and jumps
How do I get better at balancing on rails on a snowboard?
This might not be close to you, but Keystone definately has the best park anywhere I have been. They have a seperate beginner park, with boxes, rails, and jumps. When you get comfortable, they have a large park with halfpipe, jumps, rails, boxes, and chutes. The large park also has its own lift, so you dont need to worry about crowds too much.
