Answers:
Toe-loop- start on your left foot (or the other one if you skate the other way), toe pick and do a three-turn (you can also do a Mohawk here starting on your right foot) then step onto your other foot and put your left toe pick in and jump. Here is a really good video that explains it

and it is NOT always one of the easiest jumps like the lady said in the video, it took me a while to get my double toe. But some people think its easy.
Salchow- do a threeturn on your left foot and lift your right leg up to jump

probably a single toe loop. u go on ur right foot, and have ur left leg go back. then, stab on ur left foot toe pick. jump up off both feet, and land on ur right skate after going 360 degrees around. good luck!!Construction conditions in lionshead, vail? I want to ski in January, 2007.?
