Can't go wrong with those brands. but make sure you try them on at a shop so they fit properly, a loose helmet is (a) not comfortable and (b) not gonna protect your head well. Also take your goggles with you when you go helmet shopping to test the fit compatibility of your helmet/goggles.

I ride with it. The benefits are that you can be playing music, and when a call comes in, it will mute the ipod. When you hang up, it goes back to playing your music. Also, the headset detaches, and you can use it with the included DJ headphones in the off season. Basically, you are getting a $130 motorola stereo headset, which can also be paired up to any computer. I pair it up to my MAC and when I'm working, I have a wireless headset as well.
NOTE: I do not take calls while I'm actually riding, but I do listen to music. When I'm on the lift, or walking around, I will take calls, and the headset has great fidelity and cancels out much of the outside noise, even 30mph winds!
The drawbacks are that you have to buy an additional bluetooth dongle for your ipod, but I have found them as cheap as $59.99 online. Also, there are rumors that this headset will pair up seamlessly with the iPhone, which will be your phone and iPod all at once.

But due to people having different shaped heads some helmets tend to fit some people better than others, so its always a good idea to try on what you are buying first. Good makes to look out for are Pro Tec, Dianese, Red, Rossignol, Giro, Salomon, Head and Scott.What are your fave places to go snowboarding in the US??

If you live near a skii area or go to a skii are, look in their shop. Basically any skii area has a shop that you can buy snowboard or skii stuff. I baught a sick helmet last year, it was all white and had a black burton sign on it. Or try going to www.backcountry.com thats where i get my gear. The person who gave you all those other sites to go to is wrong, their to expensive and noobish.What do you think of your skating when you see your skating videos?
