Really depends upon your comfort level. I think a 145 would be way too small for someone of your stature, with that much weight on a 145, it will not ride or carve well. Here is a good matrix that will show you what size board you SHOULD be on. http://www.alpineskicenter.com/snowboard...

Good luck.

Practice..?

Yeah, the size that is going to match up with your height is a 160, but I'd get a 158 so it's just a little smaller, and easier to ride. Don't get a 145 unless all your going to be doing is spins, and flips.

I am looking for a site that will give ski and snow conditions for ski centres in USA?

Yeah 160 is the right size board for you if you want an all montain type board. But if you want to do tricks you should go a bit smaller. At the lowest a 153 but no lower than that, 145 is way too short for you and you would find it a nightmare to ride.
