When I was landing my toe loop and my knee started hurting soooo bad! Help!?

Question:When I land my toe loop, my knee hurts sooo bad! Also, before I got on the ice my knee felt tight, like I pulled something, but I ignored it. Then when I started jumping I felt like screaming it hurt so bad! My coach recommended to stop jumping, so I did.
My ankles are also both hurting! Is something wrong or is it just a coincidence?

P.S. I started ballet a few weeks ago, and about a week after I started the pain began. Now it hurts every time I go skating!

How is curling scored?

You probably pulled something while doing ballet or skating. You should ice it, and stop jumping while you let it heal. If it does not get better you should see your doctor. One of the knee support braces that you can buy at a drug store can also help with making it feel a little better. Good luck!

Anyone know a good snowboarding clothing site for men?

I think you pulled a muscle during ballet. You should tell your parents about your pain and ask them what to do. It is best to stop jumping so the pain can heal. If it continues you should see a doctor. Good Luck!!!

Im about to stud my track. Any advice?

i suggest ice or hot water bottle will help with the pain. go ask ur coach, or see a sports doctor. they know the best!
