What size snowboard should I get?

I currently ride a 149 but I think I should be riding at least a 151 or '52. I'm 5'8 135lbs. size 71/2 foot. I'm looking into the new Burton feelgood.

Weight is the most important factor for a board, since it has no idea hall tall you are when you're standing on it. It just dissplaces your weight. So a 151 to 153 seems ok, but it depends on where you're riding as well as the style of riding. A freestyle board should be shorter for turning and such while an all mountain board would be longer and a powder board even longer than that.

And last try to go to a demo day or a place that rents the board you want. Then switch boards all day.

What's a good brand name of ice hockey skates that's reasonably priced for an adult ?

The board should reach between your chin and eyes. I would say a 153-155 should be pretty good, but it also depends on your riding style. If you are a freestyle skier, i would say to get a 153. If you are a powder skier then a 155 should b good. If you are unsure, call or go to your local ski shop. They will be able to tell you which board and bindings are the best for your ridings style and what size is best. Hope this helps and good luck!
