I want to march this winterguard/ winter guard season but I need to know Who do I send Sponsorship letters to?

I need to find a format for a sponsorship letter. Can you help me? I also need to know who or what businesses should I ask?

Ski bike help?

I don't know about a sponsorship letter template, but I have some suggestions for sponsors.

Band instrument companies
Uniform companies
Dance clothing and shoe companies
Dance academies/teaching studios
Flag sales

And best of all, I think, but would cause you some research. See if you can get names of some people in town who have been in either drum and bugle corps or winterguard in the past 20 years. Find out if any of them own their own businesses and send to them. For example, here in Wichita, some of the drum and bugle corps alumnae own their own insurance companies, some are lawyers, etc. If you could find out some of those people and get a letter to them directly, it would help.
