Will my current bindings fit on my new board?
Question:i currently own a Butron Cruzer 05 (160cm)
with large bindings, but my question is if i buy the Burton Elite 07 (150cm) will my bindings still fit? or will i have to get new ones?

You have to consider a few things when choosing a board. What is your shoe size (this will determine if you should be in a Wide board)? How much do you weigh? If you weight too much for the board you will bend the board too much, thus wearing it out sooner and not going as fast as you could. You also need to consider what is your style and level of snowboarding?
You might want to reconsider going up in size of your board, possibly to a 155 or even a 158, especially since you were originally in a 160. But without the above stats it's hard to tell which board to go into. Ask your local ski/snowboard shop. They should be able to get you in the right gear.
Which Colorado ski resort would you reccomend- Winter Park, or Copper mtn?
probably. if ur bindings fit 1 burton board chances are they'll fit all burton boards. the only problem i could think of is if the new board isn't wide enough for the bindings. try measuring ur board then the board ur considering. if the elite is considerably more narrow than ur cruzer, then the board probably isn't wide enough 4 ur bindingsHow do I break in new competative figure skating boots?
The bolt patterns will fit, for sure. 10 cm is a pretty big jump, take you're bindings to your local shop and see how it looks. I'm 6'3" and have always had toe-drag problems. I ride a crazy, duck-foot stance and use risers (gas pedals) to help, also, all snowboard boots are "beveled" if you notice which helps as well...On a side note, I think it's rad that Burton has brought back the Elite and Cruzer, my first board ever was a dove-tailed Elite and I still have my ol' school Cruiser with the back-pack-like straps and the fixed highbacks.
