Does anyone have any tips for landing a 180 on a snowboard?

I have question about snowboard brands?
well first figure out if ur frontside (spin off heel edge) or backside (spin off toe edge), find a jump that you can hit at an angle and make sure it feels comfprtable to spinwhen you actually spin rotate your whole body at once, not just your legs then your body, spin slow and smooth (keeps you balanced) then just spot your landing land flat, so u dnt catch an edge, and then ride away clean
Should your hi-backs be centered with the edge of your board?
Don't fallConverting from skiing to snowboarding?
first learn how to ride switch. if you can't ride switch, everytime you spin a 180 you'll fall. then just jump off of anything, a mougle or any small jump, aproach the jump, bend your knees real low, when you get to the top of the jump, spring up while rotating your shoulders to the left if you ride regular and your board will follow you around. Look at the landing while you spin and you'll make it. Land and ride away smooth on your toe side edge. yipee!!!What r the rules of this game?
Learn switch. If you can ride switch as well as your normal direction everything will be much, much easier in terms of learning tricks. It's not hard, you just have to be diciplined. take 2 days and just ride switch, even though you're going to want to go fast and keep up with your friends. Have patience. You'll be great by then end of the 2 days. Then the 180 will be cake.I just started to learn ice-skating, when should i buy my own skates?
you need to ride switch fairly well before you attempt it. i didn't learn, and therefore i couldn't land it. also be sure to do it off a small jump, because i did it while getting 4-5 feet of air, and after the 180 was done i had nothing to do to keep my balance so i ended up landing it in a manual and then just falling.More Questions & Answers...
