What size and style snowboard do I need?

I am going snowboarding in March. I haven't been in about 7 years and I imagine alot has changed. I remember the last time I had to strap in but was later told I could have used "click-in" bindings. Should I get these? I will be renting. Also, how do you know what size board you need?

What can they do to make this sport (curling)more interesting?

The height should be between your chin and your sternum, depending on if you want speed(taller board) or going for tricks(shorter board). Bindings are hard, if you are buy a board later then get 'flow' bindings they work so well. Since you are just renting, don't get 'step-in' bindings because snow can get in the thing that holds onto your boot and it'll turn into ice and it's a pain to melt off. So get the normal strap in bindings.

Well I have the "click-it" bindings and they work good and still are sold but I don't know if you will be able to find them at a rental place. The kind you may find, you have to rent boots and they click in the snowboard. Good Luck!

HELP...What did Albena Denkova and Maxim Staviyksi skate to in the 2007 Worlds?

well its all depending on where your snowboarding. I went last Monday and rented and you have to rent a pair of special boots if your renting a snowboard. The boots will clip in to the bindings and they work well as long as they're is no snow on the clip otherwise they're really hard to clip into. And about the size of board it depends how tall you are.

First what the is difference between a Figure or Principle Skater and?

your board height should be from about your chest to your chin. i like the click in bindings because you can get in and out of them faster. the only thing about them is sometimes ice gets in them and they get stuck. otherwise, they work pretty good.

What kind of cushions should I get?

At your local rental place or the rental place at the resort should have information on it. The length of the board depends on your height but mostly your weight, different companies make different specifications. Step-In bingings are an older kind that many rental places use although these work make sure they dont have any snow where your foot goes, the newer kind of binding has two staps that you click to make tighter and a high back many companies make these, they keep your foot in better, are easier to use and give you better control of your board. Hope I helped
