How much do you pay for your competition dresses?
Just wondering because my parents used to only let me buy like $150 dollar ones, but now that I skate really competitively I have more expensive dresses, like around $400. That seems like a lot of money though, so I was wondering how much everyone else spends?

What is up wiht irish ice hockey??
My top cometition dress was $200, and it was a really nice one. I buy mine just more as a simple dress and then we add sequins and extra little details, and they usually are much less expensive that way. I know that if you buy them pre-done or have them custom done that they cost a lot more so $400 doesn't surprise me.Hey what kind of material do they use on the top of boxes in the terrain park for snowboarding?
Mine is like $300 or $250 something around that. Its reallly pretty and has a bunch of beads dangling from the skirt, they don't bug me when I skate but I have to be careful to not get it caught on anything when i sit down! And the lady who made it for me is really nice she gave a free hair scrunchie with it and then made me mitts I can where during warm-up with little rhinestones on it. I think she made one of Caroline (Carolina) Kostner's dresses
I am competing in March and and got my dress for about $150.
Does anyone know any cool snowboarding tricks?
I used to spend about $500 on my competition dresses. Is it bad if u lift weights every day?
400 is pricey, but thats probably because it is a really nice dress. I pay $300 for mine. My parents get a little mad when I pick out $350-$400 dresses because I only wear it 2-5 times depending on the number of times I do my program. I think it is ok if you are becoming a more competetive figure skater. What are some good snowboarding tunes? like good music...(bands) to listen to??
for a good one, at least 100. bare miniuum. more like 180.Mine are usually $100-$250.
What do you think about the Fischer RX6 ski?
the one i am getting this year is $215.00My fav competition dress is $500, and is filled with swarvoski crystals and has top of the line fabric. It depends on how much you wanna spend for your dress if you want it cheap and then add sequins and stuff(it's so much fun to do that)
I think my parents pay around $400 - $500 for my dresses. They're usually very ornate with lots of crystals and reinstones.
