How to adjust my snowboard bindings?

They are too small in the front but they fit over the top. The bottom strap doesn't have any screws or anything to adjust the with. how do i get them to fit?

that is weird. Check again. it might be like a little flap thing that is on top off a screw, built in. Check both sides of the strap. If you can't find anything still, go to a snowboard shop.
