Wow you people don't know ski racing at all. First off Bode is not a loud mouth. All he would like is to be left alone and to ski. The Media has made him out to some sort of rebel on skis. The fact that you are getting joy out of others misfortune is more telling about you than him. Bode tells it how it is and just that. He has never sold out or tried to be someone he is not. Your just pissed off because he can kick your ***. Get a clue.

Well, the US ski team will dismiss him if they think he has fallen off of his little hand made podium.I personally don't think he really cares. If you have listened or read transcripts of his interviews, he conveys the sense that he is ski racing only as long as he is allowed to, and just wants to have as much fun as possible.
He is already rich and famous, so why bother with training and keeping his mouth shut, and partying all night when he should be preparing for a race?
