Anything that pumps you up. Think of the kind of music that you love to listen to when you're about to run or you want to listen to when you are incredibly pumped up, like party music. Lil Jon, Sean Paul, Daddy Yankee, Young Jeezy, Chamillionaire, T-Pain, Akon, any rap, but that's my kind of music. If you aren't a rap girl there's always pump up rock music.
