What are stomp pads?

Help on not getting dizzy so easily on my spins =]?

A stomp pad is a pad that is usually about 1/2 inch thick, and you stick it between your binding right by your rear foot, so when you are getting off a lift and you only have your front foot straped in, you just place your free foot onto the stomp pad, and that gives your feet something to grip onto so you can stay in control and not get hurt

micky c is right. I would get a big stomp pad with more texture. Better grip for your free boot.
