Snowboarding trip to Tremblant?
Question:Hi, I'm thinking about going to Mt. Tremblanc in Quebec two weeks from now. I'm a beginner snowboarded and so far I have only boarded in Vermont (Killington & Stratton) and Colorado (Vail, Beaver Creek). Can someone please tell me what I can expect from Mt. Tremblant? Is it a big mountain? Is there lots of easy terrain for beginners? Will it be super cold in early Feb? I'm basically wondering if it will be worth making the 8 hour trip up there...
Thank you for your input!

Who would you choose? Apolo Anton Ohno or Shani Daivis?
You should definitely go, it's worth the drive. The village is spectacular, you've got to check out the N'Ice Club it's made entirely of ice even the drinks are served in glasses made of ice. It's SICK!
It's a different experience than other resorts - more European I guess. (Although I've never skied in Europe)
No line ups, a high speed gondola, great trails you'll have a blast.
It's also owned by the same company as Whistler Blackcomb (Stratton too actually) so it's like a little Whistler.
I highly recommend it. The village is unlike any other.
Which state is best for Deer Hunting?
Powder Hound is right, you definately should go!Believe it or not - but the best beginner run at Tremblant is at the top.
Take the gondola all the way up and to the left is La Crete take that to Nansen and its green from top to bottom - a great ride.
