I am new to snowboarding, and I have to buy a helmet.I want to know if evolution is a good brand for a helmet?

I'm going to my school trip in about 3 weeks, and we HAVE to wear a helmet, so my dad bought me this evolution helmet, and I wanted to know if its a good brand. I've never heard of that before so I wanted to ask for advice.thxx

If you are new to snowboarding I don't think it should come as a surprise that you have never heard of this brand. I have several reasons to why this helmet is fine:

1) He already bought it
2) You will most likely not fall on your head
3) All helmets are made to be strong
4) It should be fine unless you drop it or damage it before your trip
5) If your helmet is the one listed in my sources it has high impact ABS shell
