Snowboard length help?
how long should a snow board be for a 5' 7' 180lbs person get?
Answers:
the shorter the board, the lighter the swing weight, and the easier it will be to turn, spin, jib, butter or manoeuvre the board.
however, the shorter the board, the more it will want to turn, and the less stability you will have at speed.
factor in where on the mountain or hill you see yourself spending the most amount of time, and go from there... the more park / pipe / freestyle the shorter you can go...
the more carving, free riding you are doing the longer you can go.

If you do a bit of everything, 155-157 would be a good length.Personally, I'm 5'9", and I just picked up a Ride DH 155 from the shop I work at.
