I have AMS snowboard bindings and a Burton Air board. Is there a way to convert the 3hole to 4 hole?

Burton RED kidney belt?

You mean convert your 3 hole board to a 4 hole board?

If that is what you mean, then it isn't something that I would recommend. I'd suggest buying new bindings as the process of t-nutting your board will void the warranty and could quite possibly ruin your board. Burton Freestyle bindings only cost $99 and I'm sure you could score used bindings on Ebay for cheap as well.

EDIT: As for buying Burton bases (which I assume you mean Rotor Disks), that won't work as Burton Rotors only fit on Burton bindings.

there are converter plates that let you interchange them. check at your local shop most places have them

Who likes to.?

get burton base plates.. they're meant for only 3 screws
and they're only like 10 bucks for 2

Can anyone explain what ski halfpipe is? (freestyle skiing)?

two ways.
the best way would be to drill and apply epoxy to an insert for the screw..very time consuming...measuring...need a drill press, inserts, two part epoxy, make a template of binding you intend to use...ect..
other way: mount a thin layer of plastic used for cutting boards.
white hard plastic...polycarbonate...you see it all over..problem is finding it cheap...
you mount the plastic to the board and mount the bindings on the plastic..thus not drilling into the board...you follow?
trim the whit plastic just so it covers the base of the binding but leave enough of a "footprint" to distribute the load your putting on all of it.
i did it with my large gs asymetrical board and im a big dude...and it all heald good...i used 0.75in stock..it raised me off the board some making it feel funny but i got to rip the long board to see if i liked it...you could do this temp. solution but id be surfin ebay for a new stick or...do the drill...inserts are availible..i got 4 for you if u need..two per foot that you require.
good luck...sorry if i confused you so far...
