What is the most easy way for a beginer to skii?

Good question I have often wondered. Never skied there though so will be interested to keep an eye on your answers. It must be quite good as it used to be on the World Cup circuit. I do know though that they say it is the only place you can go on holiday and ski in the morning and if you wish swim in the Med in the afternoon. Who'd want to leave the slopes though?
