Should I purchase a ski lift ticket if I'm going to be on the bunny slopes?

Anyone hooked on curling?

You have no choice. They will either throw you out or force you to purchase or WORSE.. call the police. Not buying a lift ticket is considered "theft of services", and they can have you arrested. I have heard people say things like "I didnt ride the lift", thinking that was ok. From the point of view of the mountain, they paid to make the snow, they pay to groom it and for upkeep. They will tell you that you can ski in your yard for free. I'm not saying that they'll have you cuffed automatically, most are usually nice about it. But I will say that if they did its within their rights.

The best alpine-skis for beginners-intermediates : Fischer - Salomon or Atomic?. Why?

Most ski hills require you to purchase a lift ticket regardless of what area of the mountain you plan to ski on. However, if you have the choice and don't plan to venture away from the bunny slopes (with their rope tow?) then don't worry about the ticket.

What snowboard should I buy and how do I get better at it?

In many locations you will be forced to buy a lift ticket, as there is a lift that takes you up the bunny slope.

What ski resorts have the best snow in early spring?

yeah. I think all of the resorts require one, and who knows? You may "graduate" to another trail!!

Have fun!

How to adjust my snowboard bindings?

You don't mention where you will be skiing, but some ski resorts have a beginner lift ticket that is considerably less than a full resort lift ticket.

For example, at Blue Mountain (a large ski resort in Ontario) a beginner ticket is $30.00 whereas a full resort ticket is $55.00. The beginner lifts service the bunny hills only and you cannot use that pass for use at any other lift, but if you're not going to go there anyway...

At the North York Ski Centre (a small ski hill in the city of Toronto) a lift ticket costs $25.00 whereas a rope tow pass only costs $8.00.

Check the ski areas website before you go.

How to use DaKine edge tuner?

Many places have the rope tows free of charge. Check the area ahead of time...call them or look at the website. I ski at Alta, Utah, and their rope tows are free all day long.

Also, some areas have special programs.

For instance, Alta has a "ski free after 3 program".

You can ride the beginners chair from 3-close absolutely free.

But for all day skiing, usually you have to buy a lift ticket no matter what. Sometimes you can get a deal if you buy a beginners lesson, ticket, and ski rentals all together. Again, check with the ski area ahead of time.

Flexi boards vs. stiff boards?

Most places have a "lower lift ticket" or something like that which is cheaper and lets you access the beginner slopes/bunny hills

I figure skate and i have no time for any thing what should i do?

If your going skiing in Colorado, Winter Park/Mary Jane has a very cheap lift and lesson deal where you just stay on a bunny hill the whole time. I think it goes for something like $40 or less.

That it deports but is seen world-wide level?

sometimes they have begginer tickets, only good for the bunny slopes.
