Im going skiing in March in CO, do I need to get ski pants or ski bibs, and length of snowboard?

I am going snow skiing in a couple of weeks in CO, and I wanted to know should I get ski pants of bibs. Also I need to know what legth snowboard to get, Im 5'11.

Aquire the clothing you will wear prior to the trip. Get the long johns, waterproof or gore-tex pants, parka/jacket, gloves, hat, all before your trip. It will be one less thing to deal with when you get to CO. Don't worry about your snowboard length, the people at the rental shop will outfit you in the proper size board according to your weight, height, and ability. I don't know how much you weigh, but I would guess your board length will be in the low 160s.

What is the best mountain in Utah to snowboard?

Yes your going to need the bibs or pants, because unlike florida, Colorado still has snow in march! The wheather will be warmer than it is now, if you get lucky, but you still need to get some waterproof pants. As for the snowboard, I have no idea so i'll let somebody else answer that.
O, and watch out for rocks if your skiing in late march, thats when they start popping up all over the place.

if you're going snowboarding, buy the most waterproof snow pants you can find. snowboarding has become increasingly popular so theres a huge market for boarding pants. try burton, they make some really nice ones in a ton of different styles

Yes. Go PREPARED. You will be MISERABLE without the correct clothing. And have the salesman at a rental shop pick your board out for you. Don't travel with one, if you can help it. It is such a hassle. Your own boots are more important than a board, and easier to travel with.
