Snowboarding is more challenging.Generally, skiing tends to be a simpler sport to learn and easier to become proficient in than snowboarding. However, skiing also tends to be a harder sport to become an expert in.
Which ski resort in Colorado is the tallest?
If you are trying skiing or snowboarding for the first time, maybe you should give both a go. Just hire gear and get a private lesson. If you want to succeed quickly, i'd go with skiing. You get more and more skills really quickly. last year i tried snowboarding on the last day of my holiday and found it exhausting. With snowboarding you fall over heaps, but i still really did enjoy it!
Anyway, i'd go for the skiing, because as soon as you can snow plough and make half decent turns you'll be able to go on bigger slopes and progress even faster! Have fun!!
