Lol, this brings back old memories, the first jump i tried was a 30 footer, fell same way your talking about..After a couple days of healing, went back did it again...Just lean a little forward on your front foot, didnt fall after that. Should also watch your edges, if your coming in on ur heels into the jump the boards going to kick out a little of you dont turn in the air. I would recommend tryin it on a small jump and grabbing your board..Grabbing your board stabilizes you in the air and its not that hard.Know where your edges are. Land straight, that was my bigest problem when I was learning to go off jumps. Also don't lean back or foward when you are landing, so make sure that your board is flat and not tilted one way or another. It take a lot of practice to learn how to go off jumps so just keep practicine. Hope I helped

Don't try and push off the jump with your board. What is happening is that you're probably pushing OUT with the board which will cause your feet to fly outwards and you landing on your bum. If you become more comfortable, try pushing off, but straight off the jump. It also helps to keep your body compact with your board. But most of all, be confident. What is the best ski resort in Northern California for beginners and children?
your probably trying to pop of of the lip of the jump, you might be trying to force big air off of a small jump and your probably tweaking in the air and going nose first. when you go off just sail off of the jump dont force it, dont bring your legs up till your in the air. just keep trying, i had the same problem when i first startedkeep ur balance in the air by not swinging around a lot
