Good question lol. I would say after his tired fued with Vince is over. I mean it cant last that much longer, it has been almost 2 months since it started. I think he should go back to ECW so that brand in itself can get more of a fan base.

Lashley is on Raw to stay. Eventually I believe they will make it official and that he will start going after the WWE championship.

Last night's Raw might as well have been named Monday Night Bobby!I recorded it to my DVR, and when I got the chance to watch the show, I fast forwarded through all of Lashley's matches because don't care for him all that much. Don't ask why, I just don't care about him. In any case, I wound up fast forwarding through almost the entire program!
My guess is that he'll appear on Raw until the show is all Lashley, all the time.
