I am a big fan of WWE, but they just made a very dumb mistake?

They had a commercial saying on June 10th, in Newark, you can get tickets to SmackDown!/ECW. It said that Snitsky has a title shot against Lashley and Kennedy gets a title shot against the Undertaker. Now we know that Bobby Lashley regains and the Undertaker keeps his title until at LEAST June 10th, most likely furthur.

I don't think Lashley losing the title was part of the plan. I think his shoulder injury did happen before Backlash and needed to be taken care of so they had him lose it so he can get some rest. Also, the new WWE Magazine just came out and it has the three champs (Cena, Taker, and Lashley) on it. I don't think that they would have had that if they planned on him losing the title. Now they are having Vince fight other guys to fill in that space as Lashley recovers.

Actually the commercials are sometimes made months before the tickets go on sale. So the commercial may have been made just after Wrestlemania but before Backlash.
