Thinking about joining the wrestling team?
It starts in the winter and I want to try it out. I'm in pretty good shape already from track and I'll be doing cross country in the fall so does anyone have any tips about weight lifting or any other exercises I should be doing. I'd really appreciate it.Thanks

do alot of boxing and kick boxing. start slowly with the weights. maybe ten pound dumbells, and slowly go up.IS vince tying to kill off fans?
