I don't think he ever will. I think they took the title off him, so they could move him over to Raw. Now instead of him having to show up on ECW they can just keep the fued going on Raw. RVD might leave, so I think Sabu or one of the new breed will be the next champion if it isn't shut down completely for good this year.
