It's basically one of two things. Either a guy is turned on by seeing a dominate woman be aggressive and assert herself over another, or he likes to see a woman be forced into a state of submission and/or humiliation by another.
Either way, he then subconsciously imagines that the lady in question would assert or submit herself on/to him in much the same way.
Then again, this is just my thoughts on the matter.
