actually Randy Orton was sent home from the European tour for Thrashing a hotel room,he made $30000 in damage so he was fined and sent home,,,but fortunately he will make it to Backlash this sunday.

It should happen happen on the Next Monday Night RAW
since Cena vs HBK match lasted an hour, they will probably have the Edge vs Orton as the main event on RAW.
It wont be on an Upcoming PPV because the next PPV is Backlash this Sunday. Edge and Orton are already scheduled for a fatal four way Championship match. They will probably have that match on This Monday after Backlash.
