No, they are not real life brothers. You can prove it by googling any of those that you mentioned. When you google them search their names and then click on the wilkepedia of ( ex.) Kane. Google all of the wrestlers you will find out some interesting things about them.

'WWE storyline' answer of your question:Kane and taker are actually stepbrothers sharing their mothers blood. Kane and taker have different fathers. Kane's father being Paul Bearer and Taker's father being...well i dont know who storyline wise is Taker's father...last I recall was a mortician who had hired Paul Bearer to work and live with them.
As far as Khali and Davari goes ...i just thought they were manager and client...I dont recall there being a storyline of them being brothers.

The Undertaker (real name Mark Calaway) and Kane (real name Glen Jacobs) are not real life brothers. Im not quite sure how long you've been watching the WWE, but if you have been watchin for a long time and remember the wrestlers of Issac Yankem, DDS (storyline- Jerry Lawler's evil dentist that feuded with Bret Hart) and the fake Diesel (there was also a fake Razor Ramon) that they had after Kevin Nash left to WCW, well Glen Jacobs played them both.
Khali (real name Dalip Singh Rana) and Davari (real name Dara Daivari ) are also not real life brothers. just incase if you dont know, the huge guy that comes out in Adam Sandler's remake of The Longest Yard, the guy who when he speaks subtitles come out...he is Khali.
