Orton has the bloodline and the family's experience in the sport. The only thing that could hold him back is if the push he got wasn't strong enough.Who do you think would win in a no dq match: Kane or Abyss?
Randy Orton definitely has what it takes to be the top heel on RAW. The only problem is that outside the ring and backstage he is very immature and does things that hurt his reputation. (Things like the hotel room incident) So despite the fact that he has plenty of potential to be the top heel of RAW. He will never be given the opportunity from Vince McMahon if he doesn't act right while outside the ring.Hard to say it might be fun to watch it might not just to be safe i will watch.
i wouldn't of thought so because first he would have to face people like john cena,shawn micheals and umaga. many more as well (randy has beaten shawn more than you thought he would because he is wicked (as a superstar but not as good)

Sure he has what it takes to be a top heel, but when HHH gets back, Orton will be jobbing on a nightly basis to him.i think that orton does but he is also lucky that he has a job right now with some of the crap that i heard he has pulled as far as drugs out of the country and other crap like that, but i think that orton needs to worry about michaels at judgement day first and if he starts winning some matches i dont see why not vince wouldnt give him a title run, he is a third generation superstar and a really good wrestler at that he just needs to be good and do stupid stuff to make vince mad!
