If you used people who are actually on the roster and who were active wrestlers it might have made more sense, but with what you have down there none of it is a possibility. Take out Austin, The Rock, Jericho, Foley, RVD(who is done with the wwe at one night stand then going to TNA) and rework it so it could be possible then I will tell you if it is a good card or not, but just for the record the only fight on this card that would be any good would be RVD vs PUNK, but it will never happen. You have way too many top tier guys in the money in the bank and too many triple threat matches.Do you think Goldberg's spear would effect the great khali?
Your Wrestlemania 24 card looks Okits not that great
1. Stone Cold vs Cena ( wwe title) = cant happen
A. Stone cold can never wrestle due to injury and even if he does cena will never turn heel for him
2. The Rock vs Randy Orton = Wont happen because Rock has said he is done with wrestling
3. Money in the bank match = you've got to remember except edge no one was ever repeated in a MITB match at mania so u r basically putting same guys at mania except mysterio and hbk ( good match but not interesting)
4. ECW title match
RVD vs CM Punk = Wont happen cuz RVD is leaving wwe soon and u have no mention of lashley
5. HIAC No 1 Contenders match = match looks ok but isnt good enough for a 3 way match
6. kane/boogey vs khali/umaga = looks like a nice match
7.foley vs vince = the best match so far u have mentioned
8. tag team match= naah not good enough for a wm
so overall ur card looks just about ok
the fatal 4-way is very racist and u shouldn't do anything like that, but i like jerico returning and the street fight might be better with shane instead of vince.

stone cold and the rock dont wrestle anymore, cena shouldnt be champion at wrestlemania 24, orton shouldnt be in the heavyweight championship match. theres an extra person in the money in the bank match and besides jericho is fired.
