Why I think Tatanka shouldn't have gotten released, let's see if you agree,?
Question:1) He was an unstoppable, undefeated force back in the 90s when he made his debut.
2) He did exceptionally well both times against The Miz, even though he got beat.
3) He did a great job at pulling off a heel turn by knocking down the referee and taking care of Bobby Lashley.
4) He was actually doing very well against Jimmy Wang Yang and beat him down.
5) He did quite well against Elijah Burke and Sylvester Terkay.
6) He was still pretty good, kicking butt, and I wanted to see him be champion one day.
7) He made a great heel.
8) He had very a entertaining gimmick by being a real life Native American, being inducted into some sort of Lakota Tribe.
Cone on now, you can't top that.

I agree. Tatanka shouldn't have been released, but not for the reason you stated. I believe he should have never been on the roster to be released. Tatanka had an O.K. gimmick for the late 80's and early 90's when everything was so cartoonish. He could go out there and get a quick pop from the young crowd, but his character and skill were limited. He didn't have the charisma to be considered main event. He was all about the "look" and couldn't carry a good match.When he came back, the skills were diminished due to age and the amount of weight he had put on and the gimmick was dated. He was there for a short run because he was getting the nostalgia pop from people that remembered him from his first run. The WWE has relied too much on the nostalgia lately instead of creating new gimmicks and story lines. Every time Hogan or Tatanka or some other guy comes back, it goes over for about 2-3 weeks, then everybody remembers why they went away.
Ya u Udertaker can top that oh wow he was good back then but now he stinked and thats why because he lost to people like helms miz and more idiots...
