Do not try it. I hope you don't believe that wrestlers actually use this as it was meant to be used..It is FAKED ! The wrestler is not really choking the other wrestler it is choreographed movements practiced before using.

better off asking this in the martial arts forum, get a more detailed answer. also in pro wrestling, you wont see too many sleepers unless it is a finisher because of stupid kids who chose to do it without knowing how to really do it and they ended up hurting or killing someone else with it. what they do in wwe is a rear chin lock, instead of a choke on the carotoid artery it applies pressure to the chin, so it hurts alot but wont put you to sleep. its also called a rest hold, after two wrestlers do alot of hitting the ropes theyll use this to take a break from the action.
