All I know is that in the late 1950's & early 1960's, my grandmother was a big fan of wrestling, and, we watched it on TV, which, I still watch, to this very day.
I grew up on Danny Hodge, Chief Wahoo McDaniel, JYD, Butch Reed, Tony Atlas, the Von Erichs, Mr. Wrestling I & II, and, the rest of the old school.

Where Can I Watch Hulk Hogan vs Big Show? (Memphis Wrestling Apr. 2007)?
First match that I remember was Hulk Hogan versus Nick Bockwinkle on VHS at my cousins house when I was about 5 years old. I didnt really get into wrestling until about a couple years later. My dad is not a wrestling fan, and I didn't even know when it was on, so on occassion my dad would be flipping through the channels and it woudl be on and I would beg him to watch it. Sometimes he would and sometimes he wouldn't. When I was about 7 I started becoming more aware and would know when wrestling was on, and I always watched World Class Championship wrestling which I was hooked on from the minute I saw it. The first match I remember from there was in my living room and involved Kevin Von Erich. I don't really remember who it was cause I didn't have the luxury of watching many times like I did the Hogan match. But Kevin Von Erich stuck out to me and I remembered him.The first live event I attended was the first WCCW Parade of Champions to honor David Von Erich. I begged my parents to take me and they finally agreed since I cried because David had died, and we made the 8 hour trip to Dallas and saw a great card at Texas Stadium, with the highlights being Kerry Von Erich beating Flair for the NWA title (even though I really didnt understand what the NWA was at the time), and Kevin, Mike and Fritz defeating the Freebirds for the WCCW six man title.
I watched mine when i was like 8 or somfin... i wathced it with my friend... this was when i used to hate it sayin it was gay and stuff like that... i dont remember the match... I remeber the finsih... the guy pinned him and then pick him up after the macth and raised his hand as well... he then did a clothesline on him or somfin!! but i didnt really pay attention!
